Chad DAWSON publicly CALLS out Joe CALZaghe

Joe don't need Dawson. Dawson needs Joe. I see Joe retiring unless he is offered big money to fight Dawson. He should take it. Why not?

 

I really want Joe to duck Dawson and never fight him just because this Dawson guy duck a lot of fighter and the guy disrespect Jhonson , didn't even bother to give him a rematch, go fight Jhonson again if you want to get to Joe, Jhonsosn is more older and inactive so why don't take this fight beat him convincily and then get to Joe.

 

This would be a hell of a fight. This is a fight that boxing fans should want to see happen. It's surprising that so many are making excuses for why the fight shouldn't happen. Dawson is a top flight talent that has proved himself against the division's best. The only good reason for this fight not happening is because Calzaghe decides to actually retire. However, if decides to keep fighting, this is the best fight that he can make.

 

Its hard to imagine that there are people trying to make reasons for this fight not to happen. This is the best fight in the division and Dawson is a legit threat to Calzaghe. He has beaten 3 top 5 fighters in the past 2 years. He near his prime, a reigning belt holder, and better than 95% of the fighters Calzaghe has ever faced. Everyone should be pushing for this fight if Calzaghe keeps fighting not making excuses for it to not happen.

 

Pretty much agree with this - if Joe takes another fight, this is the best one out there. If it's in Wales, it'll sell out on the back of Joe's popularity, so there's nothing to worry about in terms of Dawson not being that much of a big name to the wider public.

Neither are his mandatories. Dawson ducked Diaconu and is now ducking Cloud, not to mention the fact he's unwilling to give Johnson a much deserved rematch with proper judges.

 

How can he duck Johnnson if he fights a guy that beat Johnson? Anywahy, he's already ducked Johnson so it really doesn't matter.

Joe has never faced anyone like Dawson in the ring...Not somebody thats faster stronger has the reach advantage and the pop to drop Joe not once but as many times as it takes for him to stay down.

Dawson is all wrong for Joe...Joe would have to get it...he can't fight Dawson on the outside. Joe doesnt have the chin of Johnson to keep getting hit to land his own punches so that they take their toll on Dawson. Joe doesnt even have the power Johnson has.

Joe is a smart man...He will not fight Dawson...because if he does then he will retire with a loss on his record. That's not part of Joe's plan. Joe is better off fighting Taylor. Dawson is no Jeff Lacy, he is not shot like Jones and he is not 43 like Hopkins... And for that reason Joe will not fight him.
