190 isn't cruiserweight actually, not any more. Seeing as you like to wear a pedants hat I thought I may as well join in :hi:

Eubank did put up a pretty good show against Thompson yes, and he looked a lot better at that weight. Surely that strengthens the argument that he was weight drained when he boiled down to 168 to fight Calslappy :think

How is it pedantic to point out that Eubank had a fight lined up at LHW, not CW, before fighting Calzaghe. That's a pretty relevant difference!

I don't remember why the Podwill fight happened no, but I suspect it was yet another WBOgus defence....Calslappy used that WBO belt for something like 8 years as an excuse to face ****, or shot to **** competition. Not the actions of a great fighter.

"I've got to fight Will McIntyre, they might strip me if I don't" :rofl :rofl :rofl

"beating Manfredo will get me noticed" :rofl :rofl :rofl

Maybe you should look it up, if you're going to use it as an example of anything.

Does 'Thomas Tate' ring any bells for you?

Ah right so Pudwill was the replacement for Tate, I presume. I forgot Calslappy had another shameless defence planned against an old man before the mighty Pudwill stepped in :patsch

Calslappy will sprain his big toe or something, then sign to fight Bob Foster or similar.

Coming off wins against Zuniga and Sheika and a points loss to Ottke? Clearly shot to bits, obviously.

That's true...everybody said his only chance is a KO,where was his mighty power people were talking about? He was throwing pitty patts.Roy KD'd Joe in the 1st at least altough with a MMA maneuvre and was competitive in the beggining.Just cuz Calzaghe could showboat doesn't mean it ws athat easy.

Yep, about as impressive as a WBO Calslappy opponent ever got.
