Chad Dawson vs. Joe Calzaghe?

Calzaghe has NEVER faced anyone this talented in terms of natural talent. He might even catch Joe running in and take him out. Any questions i had about Dawson was erased with his domination of Tarver.

 

actully i think i would take glen johnson to beat calzaghe aswell

 

what about Kessler Dawson?

 

I was a bit dissapointed I thought there would be a dawson Ko or UD but I still think Dawson kos calzaghe

 

Don't think Dawson would K.O Calzaghe. he'd definitely cause him some trouble but Joe is great at adjusting and Dawson spends time doing nothing.

Calzaghe wouldnot allow him to do so, and would fight him at close range or box him....I think Calzaghes tactical shifts in fights would cause Dawson lots of problems.

Kessler-Dawson is a more intriguing fight. Don't know whether Kesslers power wiould carry up with him but Dawson doesn't seem to have the World's greatest chin. I'd pick Kessler UD, he's patient and would make Dawson more cautious by catching him coming in early.

If Adamek can floor Dawson, Kessler would force Dawson back. Dawson can box off the back foot well by the looks of things, but he hasn't fought anyone straight-up tough since Glen Johnson, who is not as fresh as Kessler; and look at what problems he caused Dawson.

The fight could go either way though in my opinion. I don't think Tarver has been any better than he was against Hopkins in his last two fights; Clinton Woods basically gave him the fight by doing nothing and Dawson whupped him. So I don't think Dawson would look that good against some boxers more in their prime.

Just my opinion though.
