that's because a kessler/kessler's managemant calculated risk based on knowing that miranda was too much of a man to turn down a rematch with abraham and try to avenge his loss.

And HBO put together a 'joke' offer just so they could help Kessler worm his way out of a fight that he could have just ignored? Mogens Palle got the WBA to move Miranda up their rankings so that he could then avoid making a fight against him? If they wanted an excuse not to fight Miranda, they had a ready made one - Miranda wasn't ranked! Why would they pull strings to get him ranked so that they could avoid him?! :patsch

No, you can believe it because it's a correct recollection of the facts. The reason that the article you posted (by the guy with insight, lol) is that that article refers to the first fight (ie the Montreal one) and was written before the title shot became available.

Like I said, you can believe me or not, if you were around here at the time you should remember that Pantera2000, who has close connections with the Miranda camp posted all of these details at the time. At the moment you're talking **** about things that you clearly don't know anything about and backing it up with an article that don't cover the full story because it was written halfway through. And no amount of smilies can cover that up.

HBO didn't know it is a calculated risk and wanted this fight anyway.
'calculated risk' means by definiton that it can happen.
if it happens , why not earn from it.
and again , go back read my 1st line again.
