Well Lampley, I just don't think he'll land enough on Pascal to get that knockout. I could be wrong. I hope not, since i put my vcash on him winning on points.

He got beat by Starie in the UK, that shows how tough the European scene was, yet he broke even in 3 fights with the now highly touted Johnson who nearly KOd Dawson. Tells you the levels.
    Good post Headbanger :good

Oh, I agree. It won't shock me if Pascal wins, either. Chad has to keep his cool. One of his weaknesses at times has been a tendency to fall prey to his emotions or lose concentration. Can't do that against Pascal in Montreal.

I'm encouraged by his performance against Johnson II as evidence that he's learning. Think he has a good trainer, too.

Encouraged by what? Beating a guy 14 years older he should have beaten easily first time round.
    Shocking

That's the point, genius. He fought stupidly in the first fight, made an adjustment and coasted to a wide decision in the second bout.

Another example would be the improvements Joe Calzaghe made during his career. He had lost power, but the 2006 version of Calzaghe was superior to the one who fought Robin Reid, IMO.

I wonder how he would look as a heavy. I'd love to see Adamek rematching him.

erdei gets no recognition, yet if dawson beats him it would be held as a great win.

froch barely got any recognition for taking pascals 0, yet if dawson does it his name will be up in lights :lol::lol: :rofl

Erdei is one of the worst lineal ongoing champions in the history of boxing. No one is going to pay to put those two together.

And I've already defended Froch to your buddy bailey. That's a world class win for him.

blah blah blah, it became a good win for froch once dawson had been lined up to fight pascal :yep

your comments on erdei show your complete ignorance, out of sight out of mind, while you continue to be brainwashed by ring magazine and hbo :deal

dawson has been put down 3 times already and has gone life and death with shot, 13 defeat, c-level gate keeper glen johnson who has been trounced by the likes of ottke and clinton woods :lol::lol: :rofl

No, it's always been a good win for Froch and especially after Pascal toughed out two wins over Diaconu.

Erdei is the epitome of a protected fighter. Please find the five (going on six) top five opponents on his resume, mmmkay?

It's meaningless to make an arguement over who's been down in their career, Joe Calzaghe has been down, Manny Pacqiao has been down, Benard Hopkins went down, Lennox Lewis has been down and out, Wladimir Klitsko has been down and out, Muhammed Ali has been down, Sugar Ray Robinson as well, man the list goes on and on stop hating and watch the sport.
