There's an argument for it. I don't necessarily agree, but: - Pac and Mayweather are obviously #1 and #2, in some order - Mosley's only really good win in a LONG time is Margarito. He lost to Cotto and didn't look too great against Mayorga. Collazo's a good win, but not great. - Marquez got his ass kicked in his last fight, and even when he was winning at lightweight, looked like he was at only about 80% of his best - Donaire? Seriously? He has one good win. His second best win is over who, Moruti Mthlane? Dawson's best win over Adamek is probably just as good as Donaire's best win, and Dawson's 6th or 7th best win is better than Donaire's second best win. I honestly have trouble figuring out how so many people rate Donaire over Dawson, and I thoroughly believe Donaire is easily the most overrated guy out there right now, in terms of ratings - Hopkins is 46 years old and looked like complete crap his last fight, and he hasn't beaten someone decent who's his own size since beating Tarver (who Dawson has beaten twice) - Cotto got his ass kicked twice recently, and a lot of people thought he lost to Clottey - Williams nearly lost to Martinez, and lost to Quintana - Caballero has looked on and off, and he's never beaten an elite opponent. - Calderon has looked old lately and had a draw recently. There's an argument he could be as high as #3. I personally have him at #4, behind Mosley.
