Please, Dawson got his ass handed to him by G. Johnson, Tarver beat Johnson even easier. Dawson gonna get KTFO.

Dawson is taking the bigger fight against a better fighter.

Diazonu had a chance to face Dawson already.

He pulled out not Dawson.

Dawson has since moved onto bigger and better things.

Diagonus fans call what they want to.

The other 99.9 % of boxing fans call it a smart career move.

I have little doubt Tarver is still quite a bit better than AD.

If Dawson was looking to fight a nobody instead of AD than I'd agree that he's ducking AD.

Since he's moving onto better things than its simply a smart move.

A fight with AD just isn't as big as one with Tarver.

 

Tru but that doesn't meanthat he didn't do anything not to fight him,if that greedy ******* Shaw would have won the purse bid be sure Taver vs Dawson would not have happened now.And Taver is so shot that him and Diaconu are about the same only Diaconu's style is more better stylistically of beating Dawson,Tarver has no chance

 

I still think Dawson and AD will happen.

AD needs a couple more wins against a G Johnson level fighter.

That sets up a big unification fight with a lot of belts involved.

And AD will be a more attractive option.

 

Nah,it won't happen,Adrian has to fight 2 WBC mandated fights(Branco on november 8th and Johnson somewhere next year) and after that he will see where he is and what fights are there.Dawson after he schools Tarver will set eye on other fights and the rest is history

 

I too have given up on a Diaconu-Dawson fight thunder....who knows though if both continue to be succesful Diaconu would be the 400 lb gorilla in the room that would be hard to avoid or duck...after his 2 mandatories I think he should chase after the other title holders, making a prospective matchup all that more intrigueing

 

Be sure after the 2 fights if he is succesful he is gonna chase title holders or big fights.Changed you'r avatar I see
