The spots are classic signs of long term steroid abusers. Theres one guy in my gym who's back looks like the surface of the moon. Volcano's and craters all over it. He's been on gear for donkeys years. Looks like Sonnen has too. You dont usually get zits from just an odd cycle here and there.

 

What if he just has a spotty back. My back has tons of spots and has done since I was young. Only way it clears up is when I go on holiday and get the sun on it.

Chonnen is a dummy as the tests are not random and he still managed to fcuk up his cycle.
