    Miocic was FOTY last year. Not McGregor, not Nunes. The UFC are criminal if they don't give this guy a raise. Knocking out Arlovski, Werdum, and Overeem in the same year and all in the 1st rd is mighty impressive.

    Stipe is an awesome fighter that basically lets his fists do his talking. A lot of people like that instead of the loud and brash bs.

    The reality is though the US fans are not going to get behind a guy named "Stipe Miocic" or "Khabib Nurmagomedov".
    You can't market them because people in the US literally can't remember their names. I am sorry but these fighters need to realize they are in the entertainment business so you can't ignore marketing 101 and then ***** you are not getting paid.
    Look at "Alistair Overeem"..you can't come up with a better stage name than that if you tried. It is just luck that it is his birth name. If his name was Darvon Erdamondenovik-something he is not making **** in the US.
