Agreed. But when I said Silva's sub was pretty lucky, all things considered and coming so close to the wire, I was crucified for it. lol nevertheless, I stand by all my previous points. Silva got his ass kicked, and won the fight on his beaten back with that lackluster sub. Yes, it's all fair and that's MMA, but i'm not a fan of a guy getting thoroughly owned and then pulling of a sub to win the fight, when he was clearly not the better man. But hey, that's MMA and the nature of the beast.
You have to be an idiot not to think there was some luck involve in that. Just think of it this way, why the **** is Chael even fighting with two minutes left? I would have just ran and let Silva chase me, he aint getting booed, he already did great and people will recognize that.
Very true. He could have totally gave up on trying to win the last round and still been ahead 4-1 on the scorecards. I guess he didn't want to let Dana down.
