Chagaev didn't even look fast against Valuev, yet he has a chance against Wlad?

Go ahead and watch it on Youtube.

He has some skills, but he's slow, seems to lack power, and he's very conventional with his bread and butter being his 1-2.

He's not as fast on his feet or with his hands than Ibriganov, nor does he hit as hard, but he might be at least a bit more willing to mix it up, so I'll give him that.

Either way, he's not slick and mobile enough to get away from Klitschko's jab, his punches lack steam, and if using his fight against Valuev which by the way happened 2 years and several injuries/sicknesses again, he doesn't have the footspeed to deliver his 1-2 punches and get out in time.

Klitschko will fight tenatively, as USUAL, control the fight with his jab, keep Chagaev at a distance and either coast or eventually catch Chagaev in the later rounds, with of course, his right hand, or **** maybe even his left hook considering I don't think Chagaev's defense is as good as the Mayweather trained Ibriganov's.

Chagaev may be aggressive at first, but that's unlikely considering he was tenative against the significantly less explosive punching Valuev, and as soon as Wlad lands his hard punches, Chagaev will be happy to just finish the fight on his feet, losing a wide, boring decision with little action as both fighters are unwilling to engage.

    Chagaev has no chance. NONE.

How is this a good fight?

Great, Klitschko is lineal heavyweight champ, except that he will NEVER fight the #2 guy in Vitali, CONTINUE to avoid Haye, and put the title on ICE by fighting more guys with no chance as they have stylistic or physical disadvantages.

Maybe he'll fight Povetkin who doesn't move his head at all, stands right in front of you, and lacks power. Povetkin would leave the fight with brain damage as he's as conventional and limited as they come and basically represents the lack of tallent in the heavyweight division with the exception of Wlad, Haye, and Vitali.

But he won't fight Haye, sighting some bull**** like Haye had his chance, but got injured, etc.

Haye can beat Wlad and if he loses, oh well, see the above scenario, but at least he CAN beat Wlad.

What exactly does Chagaev do that impresses you?

    The guy is basic.

He ain't Mike Tyson, that's for sure, doesn't fight like him either as he's tenative and lacks speed and power.

He's more fluid than Gomez, but he ain't as fluid as Ibriganov and he's a KO or a dull UD waiting to happen for Klitschko.

    Haye would knock him out.

What do you see in this guy?

Watch him vs Valuev. Why in the **** do ya'll not wanna see the HAYE-KLITSCHKO fight?

That was one of the most anticipated fights of the year and the only heavyweight fight worth watching unless Vitali fights Haye or Vitali fights his brother Wlad.

Maybe you're not a boxing fan, and you're a fan of a man that takes his shirt off cuz basically that's what Klitschko will be doing if he fights Chagaev who has NO CHANCE.

    He is a Southpaw

    He has a Chin

He has good footwork for a Heavyweight

He has decent handspeed and power

    He is undefeated

He is technically the WBA Heavyweight Champion (he has already beat both Valuev and Ruiz) and he brings The Ring Magazine Belt to the table.

He will not fight like Sultan Ibragimov did. Chagaev has a lot of experience with a solid Amateur background.

I think this has the potential to be a very good fight. Chagaev is well known in Germany the fight attendance will not suffer that much.

Mother ****in Ibriganov won the SILVER ****IN MEDAL in the OLYMPICS.

    Oh ****.........OH ****..........OH ****......

Get that amateur bull**** out of here.

And Ibriganov is a southpaw too with all the other descriptions you mentioned.

This is NOT going to be a good fight. He ain't better than Ibriganov in any department is about the same height.

He doesn't have Ibriganov's speed, power, or footwork.

The only thing Chagaev has is he is a SLIGHTLY less tenative.

I don't know about you, but I didn't see Mike Tyson in there vs Valuev. I saw a relatively conventional fighter with a 1-2 with average to slow handspeed, outboxing a guy that has no balance and extremely slow hands.

he did what he had to do to beat Valuev. It was a clear victory for Chagaev.

I also think Chagaev would stop Haye. This is not a walkover fight like you are saying it is. I understand you are upset with Haye pulling out but that is on David Haye not Wlad Klitschko or Ruslan Chagaev. Wlad has already wasted 6 months on Haye. He can't wait any longer.

Chagaev has much better footwork than Ibragimov watch some of his fights Sultan fights like he has two right feet at times.

If Haye can win an eliminator he can and will get a title shot but it is up to him.

:good He is, by far, the next best opponent with Haye out. Not to mention that Chagaev has a title to bring to the table.

    Chagaev cannot beat Haye.

Let's be reasonable. What does Chagaev bring that Haye hasn't seen?

How would Chagaev who's never fought a puncher or a guy with speed deal with Haye?

A damn title that will be put on ice as Wlad easily beats him and then fights guys like Arreola or Povetikin that have NO CHANCE.

If Haye wins, he fights Vitali.

If Klitschko wins, oh well, **** it, either he's too good for the division, the division is too bad or both.

What has Haye done at Heavyweight that makes you think he can beat any of the beltholders?

How many Southpaws has Haye fought?

I can guarantee you that Chagaev has fought Heavyweights that punch harder than David Haye. Vladimir Virchis being one.

Vladimir ****in Virchis? Are you ****in kiddin me? Do just boxrec mother ****ers without watching them fight?

Watch him fight. He's slow as ****, his defense is wide open, and he may be strong, but he is NOT an explosive puncher.

But his speed...or lack of is what's truly startling. I mean, where the **** do these slow ass guys come from?

Haye is so much faster that to even compare them is ridiculous. And Haye is easily a more explosive puncher that's evident in film, not on boxrec.

    Haye is a true puncher.

And yeah, he's a southpaw, and? He's still slow, he's still conventional, and he still lacks power.

I don't care how slow Virchis is he punches harder than David Haye. We don't even know how Haye's power and speed will carry to Heavyweight because he has not fought anyone worth a crap to show us.

Some of you have built Haye up to be a combination of Tyson, Foreman, Ali etc.

Here is my advice to Mr Haye:

Heal your injuries and get a World Title Eliminator for one of the belts. Win that fight and you are right back in the picture.
