If Chagaev is prepared to take the fight then let him.Its not Wlad`s fault Haye pulled out.Wlad has trained hard and is ready for his next fight which should be 20th June.Wlad v Chagaev will probbaly be a closer fight than Wlad v Haye.I think Haye would have got a very one sided beating.

Chagaev is much more qualified to fight Vlad that Haye ever will be. Chagaev would knock Haye out.

Chagaev is much more accomplished than Haye.

I think that Wladimir should fight on June 20 as scheduled against Chagaev. Chagaev is ready and he is hungry to prove Don King has been unfailr with him.

Excellent matchup. But the most important is that the June 20 event will be saved. I think this should be the prioroty. Even if Wladimir fight Haye on July 11 and win, the excuse will be that Haye never fully recovered. There is no point in making the fight on July 11. Haye is playing his little games and Wladimir should not follow his game. wladimir gave Haye a chance and Haye blew it. Now, go back to the line.

chagaev is a very dangerous opponent, he is a southpow, has decent power, and fights always with good a plan, i think this is a very difficult fight for klitschko, if chagaev is like two years ago. and i'm sure chagaev would beat haye in a 12 round decision. chagaev would be klitschkos best opponent besides byrd and ibragimov

I would have to agree with someone that Chagaev is a more difficult task to accomplish than Haye himself. Let's see, Haye is an unknown quantity above 200 pounds and you only know that he's explosive and punches hard as a HWT... Chagaev has been in there, took some and gave, and he's a hard puncher as well, still undefeated, a lefty and a titlist...

Chageav is more accomplished than Haye. Haye pulled out. The show must go on. Haye will get his chance.....as long as he doesn't get Knocked out by anyone before Wlad is ready to give him a 2nd chance.

Haye can still get a shot at the winner of Klitschko vs. Chagaev, and the winner of that vs. Povetkin. After that ther should be ample time for Haye.

chagaev has beaten everybody he has faced, he deserves a shot. i would love for ruslan to knock wlad back to the ukraine which is highly unlikely but it would bring a smile to the face. im sick of wlad and vitali holding the division hostage. they need to fight each other which wont happen but i think if they dont want to fight each other then vitali should walk away and let his brother fend for himself.

I guess you prefer back when Don King, Chris Byrd & John Ruiz held belts & got gift decisions?

Well you said 2 brothers were holding the HW's hostage didn't you? You'd have to have a short memory to not remember when Chris Byrd was getting gift decisions against Golota, Oquendo, etc. Same for Ruiz. Don King is still trying to manipulate the ratings to get his fighters undeserved shots, remember Ray Austin?

The fact is only has a few fights left & he'll retire leaving Wladimir to unify the last belt. How is that not a good thing for boxing, unless you hate Wladimir & can't stand the thought of him unifying.
