The first written evidence of Cesar´s existence is from 900 AD. The first written evidence for Jesus´existence is from 50 years after his death. Judge for yourself. Read the thread I linked. There are people argueing for it and people against it. Both bring good arguments. Both back it up with scientific evidence. Jugde for yourself.

So, first you say his workrate against Ruiz wasn´t higher and now you say it was higher but it has to do with Ruiz not beeing taller than him. :huh

I disagree. Chagaev wouldn´t have been a healthy 200 pounder. He just has a chubby body-type. some people can train all they want they will never have a six-pack. I know this from first hand experience.

No it isn´t shocking at all. Look at the history of Christianity. during the time Jesus lived he was nothing but one of hundreds of wandering preachers. He had a small following which became a small sect of Judaism after his death. One sect among many. A sect which mostly included people from the border of society. Why would any historian beeing interested in something so insignificant?
When Christianity spread and people farer up the society ladder joined in it gets mentioned. This started with Paul, a few decades after Jesus´death.
Also the first found copies of the New Testament is from the first century AD, about 5-6 decades after Jesus death - not surprising that nothing earlier is found, early Christians thought the end would come in their lifetime. Why write something down when nobody will ever read it. Only when they started to die and the world was still there, they started to write it down.

Aside from that, there was a thread on this in the lounge not too long ago, I gave a whole list of historians. If you are interested, look it up. If you can German, read the thread I linked above.
