for Wlad's belt. Yeah I know Povetkin beat Chambers, but Povetkin has delayed his fight against Wlad for over year. Povetkin was suppose to fight Wlad last December, but that fight fell through because of an injury. He delayed the fight longer by fighting Estrada. Povetkin had his chance and because he still refuses to fight Wladimir, Wladimir now has to deal with two mandatories. It would only be fair that Chambers and Povetkin fight again to determine who would be the only mandatory for Wlad's belt.

Chambers and Povetkin should fight again this year.

"... now has to deal with two manadatories"? He's always had to deal with 2.

2 belts, 2 mandatories. Sorry, man, that's the way it works.

They already fought in an eliminator. They both gave title shots - hard earned.

So why should thye fight each other, in another eliminator. Again?

If one wins a title, ie beats Wlad, then obviously the other will want a shot at him!

Risk and reward, etc. You don't take that kind of risk, when the prize is in reach.

Chambers' reputation nosedived aftre gassing v Povetkin. He worked so hard to rehabilitate himself, v Dimitrenko. Last thing Chambers needs is Povetkin throwing 100 punches a round at him.

Chambers already stated he wants Povetkin again. To mbe truly rehabiltated, he has to beat the Russinan.

At this point, there is no chance for the fight coming off as Povetkin cetainly would refuse it .

Both earned a shot already, but a rematch while Wlad's healin up is alright.

It makes perfect sense for everything but the loser's pocketbook since missing a Wlad fight is literally losing out on a fortune.

It's a rematch that should happen, but I doubt we'll see it for just that reason.

    No.

As you know and mentioned :
    1. povetkin beat chambers.
    2. povetkin delayed and further delayed his challenge.

chmabers was the #2 in the eliminations that were held to challenge wladimir , so , if he wants to get stopped instead of povetkin , he earned it in the eliminations because povetkin forfeited his right.

**** that **** both these guys earned their title shots be beating up on very good fighters....thats more then you can say for pretty much everyone else in the division...there is no one more deserving of a chance at the title then these two so screw it let'em both fight Wlad.

This is the obvious fight. I kinda got a little peeved when Wlad called out Chambers instead of Povetkin for the mandatory, because he hasn't proven yet he deserves it more than Povetkin. If Eddie is as improved of a fighter as he says he is he would rematch Povetkin and prove it. Winner gets Wlad. So very basic

would do good to him imo. he will likely beat povetkin and revenge his loss. that would make him next after k2
