Chambers: No sour grapes, but Adamek was the easiest I've fought in years!

    Are you ******ed ??

    connect % is COMPLETLY IRRELEVANT.

If one guy throws 1 punch and connects he lands at 100%. If the other guy throws 100 punches and lands 2 he lands at 2% and lands 100% more punches than the other guy.

Another thing if one guy throws nearly 1000 punches and connects at 13% it doesnt mean that nearly 900 punches hit thin air. Most of those punches were blocked or partially blocked still doing damage to the face, body, arms, slowing his opponent down. Those punches do not count as much as cleanly connected punches but they are better than nothing.

Adamek won that fight fair and square.

Yeah, ESB Poles are the only group who approve of robberies as long as it's their fighter being on the receiving end. :-(

I just watched the full fight (FINALLY). . . I had it Chambers 7-5, but to make it out like it's some sort of highway robbery is insane!

Props to Chambers for fightign with pretty much one arm, though. But I can't take that into account when scoring hte fight. . . Adamek just had an unlimited fuel tank. . . I don't have a huge problem with him winning, although the card that read 119-109 tells u he (Chambers) prolly never had much of a chance anyway. . .

I really liked the way he fought, and his style, even when he took his foot off the gas. . . Was using that up and over pull-counter with the straight right. . .

Both men's stock go up. . . Chambers should challenge a guy like Pulev, Price, Fury, Boystov, Wach next. . I really think he has the speed and skills to overcome the drastic size disparities.

No way did Chambers deserve the win. Just didn't throw enough punches. Its crazy how people see fights and just call them however they want.

I had Adamek edging it by a point, exactly for that reason.

Chambers' poor workrate in the last two rounds lost it for him on my scorecard.

    BUT....

The main thing is, neither of these guys belongs in today's HW division w people like the K-Bros, Pulev, Helenius, Price, etc.

They are cruisers fighting in the wrong division looking for the big paydays.

    :good

Pretty ****in much. It was downright embarrassing to see an "elite" professional boxer being outboxed by a guy with one hand. The announcers were ****ing atrocious and never picked up on the fact that ALL Chambers was throwing was his right. Southpaw for jabs and then over to orthodox for straight rights....over....and over....again. Adamek had zero answers. It was pathetic.

Yeah, I couldn't believe Adamek couldn't just step it up and get rid of a guy fighting with one arm.

Adamek needs to either retire or move down to cruiser, because he doesn't belong in the HW division and Kathy Duva is kidding herself if she thinks otherwise.

She'll probably try to start matching Adamek up with bums now hoping to fill the arena in Newark with Poles for as many times as she can before losing her only "marquee" fighter.

Eddie Chambers is just another fine name to add to Adamek's amazing 3 weight division resume. There's no satisfying these haters (read jealous Brittards) who should realize Adamek's resume is now superior to Haye's by any objectve measure. While their hero yaps and yaps and cherry picks his opponents then sells out, Adamek just makes fights against whomever they throw at him and wins. Povetkin is next. :hi:

Go **** yourself with this bs. In the last two years Adamek has faced Arreola, Vitali and Chambers and has been extremely active on top of that. Name another contender who has faced this kind of comp in such a short span of time. Adamek is clearly targeting Povetkin next and is clearly facing who ever they put in front of him without any drama or politics. I truly feel sorry for you Brittards, waiting years for a Haye fight then being subjected to cowardly snooze fests and staged conferences to build up fake hype. Sounds like you'd love watching pro wrestling.

Do have to agree he might have the best HW resume aside from Klitschkos right now. . .

Arreola and Chambers are definitely two top ten HW's, and Adamek conquered both of them. ..

He's practically fought no one in the last few years so technically he's right. That Eddie, he's so clever.
