I think Floyd Patterson would probably beat alot of todays big heavyweights, let alone Ali, Young, and Norten. Size doesn't mean **** if you don't the skills to go with it.

Floyd Patterson? No way. Not with his chin.

Ali is, of course, a different story. But I don't think Young or Ellis would do much better than Patterson.

Dimitrenko is not in the same class as Klitschkos. Vitali and Vlad's punches are much shorter, quicker, harder. Watch Vlad Vs. Byrd. The haters actually believe that Hopkins would knock out both Klitschkos. LOL! USTV will not boycott Vlad Vs. Chambers, however, they will boycott Vlad Vs. Povetkin. Povetkin beat Chambers already. I will enjoy watching Vlad knock Chambers out on USTV, as least, I hope they will show it.

 I knew that was coming, but RJJ was a comparable size, as well as chin, and he beat a better version of Ruiz in 02 than the one that had 2 razor thin decisions against both Valuev twice and Chagaev who were champs at the time. Whose to say a patterson wouldn't out slick a Peter or Arreola? I think if he used the right tactics and didn't stand and trade with them, I could definitely see him making them both look stupid.

Wladimir ,Vitali and Lewis have few things in commen all know how use there size and box well and hit very hard and are fast but lets not for get
Lewis toughest fights were with medum sized heavy's like Mercer Holyfield Rahman who best weights were in the 220's Byrd was small when beat Vitali and Sanders was 225 and Brewster was 6'1 The giants of heavy this heavy era are numbered:deal

Vitali had an injury. Byrd said that Vitali was harder fight than Vlad. Vitali was winning fight against Byrd with only one arm. Vlad beat the crap out of Byrd and Chambers is a carbon copy of Byrd. Povetkin beat Chambers.

The title of the thread doesn´t say that Chambers will beat ´everybody´ so how does it suggest that Povetkin would? Besides, i doubt if Povetkin beats the version of Chambers that fought last night.

I´m glad you started this thread, cuz it´s exactly one of the first things that came to my mind as i watched the Chambers fight yesterday.

And for those who say that while he dominated Dimitrenko, Chambers wouldn´t beat the Klitschko´s, i say very likely, but who suggested that? Chambers is no Ali or Frazier, he´s just a good fighter who has the same kind of size that the great heavyweights of the past used to have, and he illustrated once more that quality beats size.

So was Chris Byrd when he was beating the big men like Jameel Mccline but the run came to an end when he faced a skilled big man in Wladimir Klitschko.
