I don't think the Klits are so great is the reason why they are dominating.

Wlad is as basic and generic of a fighter as you can get. He benefits almost entirely on his size which Manny has taught him to use to it's fullest.

Joe Frazier would kick Wlad's ass inside 3 round.

EDIT: I'm surprised most modern heavyweights are not taught how to bob and weave, a lot of the trainers today simply suck.

Of course. The difference is that some fighters adapt after they get hit and stay competitive throughout the fight, others go in survival mode, and others just get knocked out after a while.

Chagaev bobbed and weaved alot, didn't help in the end.

Good point. Actually, I rate Chagaev highly and that win was really impressive for Wlad. A very good fighter like Chagaev didn't manage to do a thing vs Wlad, he was completely nullified, no matter how hard he tried.

Chagaev only bob and weave sometimes, Tyson and Fraizer would bob weave until got within punching range.

Nothing was going to help him win this one. He should have tried to throw some bombs and get lucky.

You really don't know what you're talking about. Bobbin' and weavin' is not a magic bullet to avoid all punches. Especially when you can't perfectly see your opponent's punches. Read the interviews with Chris Byrd, he kept repeating how he has never encountered a puncher like Wlad, he didn't see the punches coming. You can't bob and weave what you can't see.

Now about Joe Frazier. Look at this fight with Foster, you think Frazier would walk through Wlad without taking a single punch? Look how he's standing around with Foster at times, waiting to get tagged. Wlad would land multiple punches on Frazier that Frazier would simply not be able to evade. He'd have to swallow them.

People forget about this today. They think of Frazier of this monster who's in his opponents face constantly for 3 minutes, never taking a single punch. Nothing is further from the truth, yes he stood around like a statue at times, asking to be hit. Frazier could only get close when his opponents allowed him. Look at Foster, he was like Dimitrenko allowing Chambers to walk up to him and unleash punches. No attempt to ever tie up Frazier when he got close:

Could Frazier beat Wlad? Sure, why not, he just has to connect with a good combo. But he is so short and static he would just look as helpless as modern day heavies for most of the time before he gets a chance to KO Wlad.

Chris Byrd was a boxer's boxer. He was handled easily by Wladimir, did Byrd win one single round vs Wlad? This bob weaving crap is what I've just said... crap. There is no "BOXING" method to outbox Wlad or Vitali for that matter. They're just too good tacticians and boxers in the ring and they have the tools to go along with those qualities, as in height, reach, power, stamina, handspeed coupled with timing.

The way to beat Wlad is... "simple", eat that jab, swallow that right hand and give your own. Problem is, who'll take Wlad's jab? And who can actually take it and give it to him, with Wlad being this much a improved and safer fighter? No one right now.

You'd need some sort of a HW Hagler. A tank with a bang that can move and is fast.

Exactly. If you want a smaller man to have a serious chance against Wlad then you need a tank who can move, has fast hands and is immune to punches. Unfortunately 99.9% of all fighters show a psychological impact once a few bombs explode on their face. So they forget their plan and go into survival mode.
