If Chambers was three inches taller and had a longer reach, he probably would beat Wlad. The size disparity was huge between Chambers and Wladimir. It was like a welterweight fighting a smw

But then again Byrd was able to do well at HW division despite undersized.

I know, but Chambers couldn't reach Wladimir's head when he tried to counter off of his jab. Watch the fight, Chambers ended up hitting Wladimir's shoulder. He just isn't big enough. He doesn't have the build of a heavyweight to beat Wlad. Chambers doesn't have an iron chin or a power puncher like Tyson and Tua.

Brewster and Haye was able to get to Wladimir sometimes, but they are not skilled enough (Brewster was lucky in the first fight). It's not just Wladimir's size that opponents have to worry about it, they also have to be cautious of his power.

 

Chambers would beat Vitali and Haye easy.
