Not with Wlad's punch output and footwork. Wlad has become a master of managing the range between himself and his opponent. Chambers will be out of range for 99% of the fight. The couple of punches he will land have to KO Wlad, they won't be enough to win on the scorecards.

Chambers with Wlad will be probably the same as BYrd in their second fight or worse

Moronic posters like Dr Z couldn't spell Wlad or Vitali. It used to come out Wald and Vitlay. We capitalized the spelling errors and even added an "o" to WALDO's name. Kinda like where's WALDO. :deal

But the consensus is that he knocks himself out when he slaps on aftershave in the morning, right?

there is no such as german judging. all judges are from somewhere else and not germany. now, compare that to texas, california and other states where the states commission is selecting judges (who are from the states and who judge frequently fights of their local fighters they are familiar with or even friends) and not the ABCs organizations. Compare that to germany and then speak of anything.

Of course that reffs are not German but pressure on judges in Germany is so big that they lose their impartiality.

Indeed, but you have to admit that there are a lot of controversial decisions in Germany... But it is a case of the pot calling the cattle black with the worst decisions of the past few years were mostly in the states.

honestly, I think it's more often in the states. mostly people don't even watch the fights and scream robbery, or watch it with a completely biased attitude seeing only things they want to see.

There were some horrible decisions in germany, but mostly they went to the guy who was better. And of course, there is a lot of pressure on judges there, but so is everywhere. at least they put neutral judges, not as in the states where your next door neighbor could judge your fight.

Many foreigners complain that they are "forced to knock out the German fighters in Germany because you can't get a decision there". I think that's BS.

Most foreigners come to Germany as challengers. They have to win DECISIVELY. If the fight is more or less even a judge will always tend towards the champ. If the challenger wants the decision on the cards then he has to win in an overwhelming fashion.

It can be done. Valuev lost to Haye in Germany. Michalczewski lost to Gonzalez. Maske lost to Hill. Schulz lost to Moorer. All these were lost on the scorecards, no KO necessary.

Unfortunately Value and Michalczewski were just changing cash cows in promoters group.

Sauerland started to support Haye now(and all WBA) and Universum were searching other key fighter then DM(who was old and well-worn:))
