    I defeated eight undisputed world champions but was never a champion myself. Who am I?

    These two guys seem to be more impressive than the guy I was thinking of and they fit the criteria, although they are "overqualified". Can you think of another guy who beat 8 world champs?

    Jimmy Bivins beat 8, as did Lew Feldman

    I know Young Stribling and Baby Arizmendi had at least 7.

    Well, several correct answers have been given, but there is still a fighter out there who beat 8 world champions but was not a champion himself
