Mayorga smoking was an act imo, he might have smoked weed but not cigarettes. He didn't even inhale the smoke in that entire video.

Would smoking after training do any harm? Or on a day when you aren't training? Smoking is bad for fitness because obviously it damages the lungs, but also because it restricts oxygen getting to the muscles. Well, what if you hadn't smoked on a training day, or within a few hours of training? I wouldn't criticise a fighter for having a few on a night out. The binge drinking will be far worse than a few ***s
