    Mickey Bey fought Miguel Vazquez
Charles Martin stepped up vs Vyacheslav Glazkov
Terrence Crawford - Raymundo Beltran, Ricky Burns and Yuriorkis Gamboa
(all fighters mentioned are top 10 in their respective weighclasses, according to The Transnational Boxing Rankings)

:huh Since he move up to 147, there has been only one fighter who was not ranked top 10 in any division and that was Andre Berto.
De La Hoya, Cotto and Alvarez were top 10 at 154.
Marquez was king of the Lightweights.
    Hatton reigned supreme at 140.

Marquez was not a legit welter, neither was Hatton. Neither never have been.

Bradley got avoided, as did Paul Williams.

Canelo and Oscar are not relevant to this discussion as I said "WW".

Zab was the former undisputed WW champion and still ranked 2. Baldomir was "the champion" at WW. Where are you going with this.

Disclaimer(I believe Floyd strategically avoided P Williams)
