For those who have read the book what are your thoughts on it? Are some of the things spoken in it still relevant to boxing? Is there somethings in it that aren't really spoken on in modern boxing? Give me your thoughts ES.
yeah I've read a lot of it before I think it's now been about 3 or 4 years and just now reading it again. It's very interesting and very detailed from a former Heavyweight Champ. It can be hard for some fighters to explain such techniques that pretty much become instinct to them.
Is certainly much better than 95% of these manuals from today I must say......Really good...I´ll read the Jim Corbett book next...sounds good as well....
@Vic-JofreBRASIL Which Corbett book? Did Gentleman Jim really write a book about boxing instruction? Certainly it would be very interesting. I agree with you that Jack Dempsey`s Championship Fighting is better than most modern manuals.
