Chances Wilder dumps the WBC belt to chase the IBF to avoid povetkin?

Wilder has had the belt a year without facing a mando and fought 3 voluntaries against nobodies....Fury had it for what, 2 weeks and got stripped for rematching the IBF champ of nearly 10 years, which damn sure the IBF knew about before the fight....
