by the 3rd fight his traps were enormous ,even his head seemed to have swollen up...it was so obvious AJ had 7 months off with a 'broken back' and came back with 30lb of extra solid muscle
Maybe some of you can enlighten me. The thread starter is talking about a dramatic physique change yet in both Holyfield and Marquez, their weights throughout their careers have remained pretty much steady. I figure if you're going to point fingers at least show the proof by posting pictures or at least posting official weights for the fights where allegedly there is suspicioun. A big deal is made by Pac tardinos in regards to Marquez' 4th fight with Pacquiao. .......people forget that Marquez is actually the naturally bigger fighter than is Pacquiao and yet for that 4th fight that produced KTFO6 Marquez weighed in at 143 and Pacquiao at 147 lbs. Somebody tell me how someone points the finger at Marquez and say's nothing about the naturally smaller Pacquiao officially weighing 4 lbs heavier than the alleged Steroid freak?
I was in Bowe's camp years ago, loved Eddie Futch, we called him Papa Smurf! Such a nice person! He was angry with Bowe near the end...................Rock Newman was there, so was Slim Jim Robertson, Big Foot Martin, etc., Bowe did not look at big in person.............he was fairly quiet in camp...............
Kell Brook made a dramatic change. All of a sudden became so dry and lean, veins popping everywhere and then attributed it to eating steak for breakfast. Ok Kell...
Really? I mean wtf Perez did a great job against Briedis and showed everyone that Briedis has weak sides.
Oh, absolutely. Briedis kinda cheated him that night. It was horrible to watch. But Perez said he might retire. He seems done with boxing.
That's a good example. Even between the first Bowe and second Bowe fights, Holyfield's physique change was quite dramatic. I've also found Mike Tyson's physique for the Peter McNeeley fight to be "different". That was his first fight back after prison, and whatever he was doing resulted in him acquiring a muscularity and definition that he never even had in his 1988 prime. Yes, and Juan Manuel Marquez that time he knocked out Pacquiao.
Lennox is another example. 227 at 27, 229 vs Bruno at 28, then 241 vs Morrison and 247 vs Mercer at 30. And Lennox never looked fat in those fights when he was 245 or more
number 1 ,Holyfields weight DID NOT remain steady throughout his career and saying that pretty much tells me you are a troll!!in fact Bowe was slaughtered for putting on weight in between the fights with Evander when in fact Holyfield put on more weight than Bowe !!!...all solid muscle ,when he was old with a heart problem!!!! Number 2 check out who JMM was working with when he was 40 years old,in the shape of his life and almost killed Pac with a single punch when hardly bothering him for about 40 rounds before that... i dont expect you to understand steroids Hope this helps
