The orginal pacquao was still hard to beat. He was only good with the jab then stright left. Amazing how adding a right hook and slightly stop him from over commiting too much makes a difference. I don't really see much changes sep for that. Altough he does learn to circle guys more.

Waldmire- seems to fight taller and holds in the inside which is his weakness.

Kahn and Chavez jr. They seem like better fighters. What have they change?

Lennox Lewis developing his safety first style rather than being as mental as he was pre Manny.

Pacquiao not only has a right hook now, but he also moves better and is smarter defensively and all around. He incorporates head movement a lot more now, and has worked on lots of other "little things" that most observers wouldn't even notice. He listens to his trainers advice and sticks to the gameplan better now as well. Let's not forget that he has also improved his power thanks to the work of Alex Ariza.

Pretty much the same thing goes for Khan. As far as Chavez Jr. I'm not sure because I haven't seen any of his fights before he was with Roach.

Pacquiao's attack is FAR more clinical now than it was in the past. Virtually every single one of the punches he throws at this point have genuine purpose to them. His timing and accuracy are ****ing ridiculous. He's an assassin now. He just used to be a cold blooded killer. Pacquiao is much classier these days.

I remember Pac at lower weights who fights like "hit me and I'll hit you more, hit me hard and I'll hit you harder". Once he tossed his gloves together, he's on attack mode and ready to exchange punches.
Now that he's fighting with bigger and stronger guys, he has learned to improve his defense and timing. Roach has played a big role on this.
