Good post... I don't think PBF's size would be bother Pac that much. Watched the tape I made from the bout and it just reinforces what a special fighter Pac has become. Margarito's size did have Pac retreating a lot, more than I've ever seen him do. Even when he did have Margarito against the ropes, Margarito didn't stay there for but a second or two.

It just makes me appreciate Pacquiao all the much more. :hat

Floyd got hit with Shane Mosely's right hand twice, and now he is somehow easier to hit. Mosely is an incredible fighter, and he STILL LOST ELEVEN ROUNDS TO FLOYD. It was an embarrassing ass kicking of epic proportions. Pac vs Floyd would be a great fight, but beating Hatton, Cotto, Clottey, and Margo have absolutely jack **** to do with beating Floyd. He is a completely different animal.

It would be a hell of a fight, and I hope to see it. It is an amazing, very rare occasion when the absolute no doubt top two fighters in the world get to clash. I hope it happens.

you know, it seems easy to comprehend understand in theory, but its somehow too complicated for people to undertsand this.

mayweather needs to get his ass in the ring. boxing needs this fight.

People were really deceived by Shanes destruction of Margo. Shane is way past it & hasn't looked good in a long time (Except for the Margo fight in which he used a cheating technique). He struggled against a shot Mayorga, struggled against a very shot Vargas, (the 2nd fight, Vargas was already beyond shot.) Of course Mayweather would dominate his old ass.. Totally Pac is a diiferent animal also than an old Mosley. Considering all the fights weve seen, Floyd has lost a step while Pac continues to amaze. Its easy to say Mayweather will give him a boxing lesson, but Pac always proves us wrong.

at some point, pride has got to kick for this guy. pacquiao has taken boxing by storm and is now the face of the sport while mayweather has been sitting on his ass. pac is not only the best in the game right now, but the best of this era. its on mayweather to prove everybody wrong, and that hes the best.

besideds how the hell can you turn down all that moolah

Best post of the entire thread. Floyd's lead right left hook combo, double
jab and running around the ring won't be enough to confuse pac. Pac doesn't swing wide like shane did, and when shane did come in off of a straight jab he nailed may. This will be a common occurance when/if pac and him fight, except mayweather won't be able to diffuse pac's offense
because it will coming at an alarming pace w/ alot more power and speed
    than he's used to.

    Pac UD Floyd 117-109

you're rght, but you can say that same argument for mayweather. cotto, clottey, hatton and margo dont posses the ability or skill that mayweather does. so it goes both ways.

history has shown when two great fighters fight eachother, it more then likely ends of being competitive a fight. there no reason to think mayweather vs. pac wont be competive.

This is what I hinted in a post in another thread. Each time Pacquiao fights I shift more and more to his side lol.

He will fail at more than 147.

I think pac is ever improving and his last few fights have shown how relevant his right hook is becoming in his arsenal. But i still think floyd will be way to slick for him. We wont see the usual pac against floyd, his punch output will be a lot less and it will be turned into a thinking match were floyd always wins.

Floyd will set traps for pac all night and when pac does have success he will be tied up and will be bullied by floyd on the inside by that forearm and shots to the body.

from a netral standpoint all I want is an absolute war but that aint happening

Mayweather- Pac will never happen let it die, in peace.......

If Sergio Martinez wins on Satruday Pac should take him on, for the 160 title, physically he is about the same size as Margarito and from what he have seen on Saturday Pac can Nullify that ****...............If P-Will wins I don't think that would be done because P-Will is TOO tall, but hell imagine that for the 160?? P-=Will vs. Pac, that would look funny, but ALOT of people will watch.....Because its seen as David vs. Goliath, and people love that kind of ****.....

Sergio Martinez vs. Pac (providing Margarito Wins Saturday)
P-Will vs. Mayweather (providing P-Will wins Saturday)

Another option could be is Khan vs. Maidana and Alexander vs. Bradley at a Jr Welterweight mini-tournie, providing that Khan does not win it all. Pac taking on the winner of that at Jr. Welter would be interesting....

The winner of Martinez-Williams for the 160 title? :think

Floyd is an inferior boxer as well as human being compared to Pac on all levels in and out of the ring, accept it already. Find another boxer worthy of your admiration, Floyd is not.
