Changing opinions of Boxers

used to hate briggs but his fight against V.Klitschko changed my opinion.

 

I was never really sold on Froch but, over the last couple of years, not only have I come to really respect him, I actually quite like the guy.

At first, I took a dislike to Khan. I thought he was too arrogant, without having done anything to back it up. Thanks to the, frankly ridiculous, hate he receives, I've found myself not only defending him but actually cheering him on.

 

I did not like Lennox Lewis for a long time.Only after he retired did I realise how good he was.
I had no time for Froch at all and expected him to exposed at the top level.He not only proved me wrong against Pascal and Taylor but turned me into a fan against Kess.I agreed with the decision in the fight but thought Carl did Britain proud against a very good fighter who was not only in his home country but had a massive point to prove after the Ward farce.

 

Dis=liked Paulie Malinaggi because of his attitude, but after his robbery against Diaz in the 1st bout I changed my mind and wanted him to win the re-match. On the same note I liked Juan Diaz but now he can go fry and egg. Any one who takes a robbery with a smile need to go and get bent.

I liked Dirrell but now think he's a ****ing goof. Saying he will only fight Ward for more money is pathetic. That fight was gonna be awesome.

Didn't like Froch at all in his early years. Made me a fan after his bout with Pascal though, and his willingness to fight anyone.

Wasn't convinced on Dirrell before the Super 6. Then parts of his performance against Froch, and his performance against Abraham (up until the illegal shot)...made me a fan of his. I even thought he would beat Ward. However, I don't like how he made up an excuse to drop out of the Super 6...just because he didn't want to fight his 'good friend'. I'll still watch him, especially if he gets back to performing (no, not acting) like he did against Abraham.

 

used to love watching Floyd fight in the early 2000s. Now I dislike him

I disliked Max Baer when i watched "Cinderella Man", but after watching clips of him fighting and clowning around, i like that dude.

I hated Tyson, period.

Now, after realising how good he was, and how much watching his fights has helped me improve my boxing, I only mostly hate him.
