Changing opinions of Boxers

Dunno how true it is,but I heard that the daughter of the fellow he killed in the ring had her college tuition paid for by Baer.Can anyone confirm this?

Just read some historical stuff on Baer .You wont hate the guy .Perhaps more affected than any fighter by a death in the ring

I used to hate on the klitschkos. I just didnt appriciate their skills and style. Now I realise what a dominant force they are and how diciplined they are.
I used to love david haye, I thought he was the new mike tyson or something. Now i realise he's just a fake coward

 

I used to like Pacquaio and Mayweather, and a few years ago I had nothing but mad respect for them. But after Mayweather's antics of recent, I have no time for him. Skillfull he is, but he clearly does not seem concerned with mixing it up with the best and the whole 'vacation' thing has been a huge joke, so I care not for his bullshitting anymore.

When Pacquaio was the small guy rising up through the ranks, beating the bigguns, upsetting the Mexicans and bringing the flash back to the lower weightclasses, I was a big fan. Over time, by opinion of him has changed. Fighting for titles at weights that you aren't even making or fighting at against a known cheat who shouldn't even be ranked in the divisions top 10 is just ludicrous. As is dragging down a fighter 2 weight divisions, draining him badly and then weighing more than him on fight night. Now fighting Shane Mosley? Get the **** outta here! If he wants to fight shot old men, then that's his choice. Just don't expect me to be a fan.
