    Hi Everyone

    Dont forget to tune into Seconds Out tonight at 19:00, for the first show of the series. This week, Barney will be joined by Amir Khan and Joe Murray, and we have an exclusive interview with 'The Bomber'.

    You can watch Seconds Out by tuning into channel 39 in Manchester, Virgin Media channel 878 in Greater Manchester, and Sky channel 203 nationwide. Alternatively you can watch the show online 48 hours after it has aired, by going to www.channelm.co.uk and following the link for Seconds Out.

    yup...good show tonight...liked seeing herol graham...

    the presenter of the show seems sound too...

    hope the viewing figures are good for that show...would love to see it continue
