Oof. That was pretty scary actually. Anything clean was dazing the dude. Throwing the towel in was the right call, though that ref really should've waved it after the second knockdown. I ain't a fan of early wave offs but he wasn't there anymore at that point.

Alright, let's see if we get a whole **** ton of filler or if the boxing gods will show mercy and get this started a little early to make up for one fight being removed this morning.

 

Did they rob Hogan? I was collecting my food when the cards were read.

 

I'm kinda leaning toward it too. I'm not one for "gut feelings" or any of that garbage, but I will say this. The atmosphere is kinda giving me Bivol-Canelo and Zhang-Joyce vibes. Everyone's talking up the home fighter and almost entirely discrediting the underdog, who seems to only be disregarded because their name isn't as big. I watched Cameron's last fight; even if she loses this shouldn't be an easy night for Katie Taylor.

 

DAZN production value is so damn low in comparison to what HBO used to be.
It´s absolutely amazing how much better HBO was.

 

She will need to channel her inner Azumah Nelson or Oleksander Uysk and stop Katie to get the win. If it goes to points in Ireland on a Matchroom bill we know will happen.

 

Katie Taylor is a very handsome woman in her own right.
