The problem is when you sell Joshua etc as Ali then people have the highest expectations given the high ticket and Box Office fees.

Katie Taylor built up the same by Hearn then Persoon and Cameron badly exposed her limitations walking right through her.

Hearn sells well but also at times bringing huge pressure to his fighters.

Hell of a tough fight for a homecoming. Couldn't they have found an Argentinian Au Pair?

Katie has done well but if she doesn't have it anymore she doesn't have it. Hope she has made good money

Good card. Cameron was a clear winner.

Pretty much how I had it. Cameron boxed well and deserved the result. The fact that it was Taylor's 'home coming' and the judges still gave it to Cameron by a few rounds, that would suggests Cameron won by a lot more rounds.

Nice comparison. You wouldn't buy a used car off that man. It's in his blood.

If they're trying to build up a potential fight between these Brook and Benn, Brook (despite being well past his prime) wins hopefully by KO.

I know Hearn promotes Cameron as well, but that was a shocker for Eddie last night.

Does it kill the Croke Park dream? Also Cameron on the back of that win is still at best a co-main in the UK

They’ll want to do the rematch at a Croke Park.

    Absolutely stinks does this.

I had Cameron winning but I feared the dodgy Draw as the cards were being read out.

Any re-match should now be on Camerons terms. This means the fight has to be in England. From one backyard to anothers backyard.

The lack of post fight respect shown to Cameron - it was all Taylor this, Taylor that - was disgusting.

I'd absolutely love it if Cameron dropped to 135 and took her belts there.

Great fight and well done to Cameron.

Decent undercard too the bits that I viewed regards the action.

Taylor is a very skilled feather fisted boxer and Mr Hearn has constantly fed the public his greatness narrative from the second he started promoting her.

While appreciating her boxing skills and IQ, I have never thought she lived up to the greatness billing finding many of her fights very boring against poor opponents.

Mr Hearn sells the public a pup time and again - he is a very highly skilled salesman who reels people in on a fighter's journey.

That is Taylor's 2nd professional defeat last night as she also lost by a mile to Delfine Persoon in New York and only corruption saved her that night.

Hearn had a dual purpose with the career of Taylor - ramming women's boxing down the throats of the public and making plenty of money for himself in the process.

Taylor was a 1/2 favourite last night in her own backyard and gave her all in front of her home fans.

No disgrace losing to better fighters on the night and hopefully she retires after being defeated in the rematch having had a very good pro career.

If one judge scored one more round to Taylor, the fight was a draw.

The cards were disgraceful as Cameron won at least 7 rounds and that is being generous to Taylor on the other three.

For the record it was a good night of boxing and long may it continue.

The main event was good and I particularly enjoyed the demolition of Gary Cully.
