Charles Martin comes back, wants to be an undisputed HW champion of the world

I really thought that was a missed opportunity for both. Martin won on a Wilder undercard and had they fought it would have been an American HW unification fight and can you imagine the hype for the winner and how these forums would be flooded with fans.
The UK HW scene is very tough and talented even though there is only around a 10th of the amount of HWs in the US.

 

Chisora has had many tough fights and that takes it out of a fighter.
Look at the level that Chisora has fought at. Its incredible. Hes fought alot of the whos who of HW.
I have wrote similar before but its alot tougher at HW in the UK. Martin hadnt fought anyone that I think would be in the UK HW top 5. Its that talented in the UK HW division. I think if Martin had of fought some of the American HWs like M Scott etc he may have been thought more of and likely have been given greater recognition

 

He could start by getting some trunks that actually fit, 'cause the ones in the Joshua fight were ridiculous

 

Martin vs Price in an elimination fight. I'll go with Martin in that one.

If he fails a drug test after KOing Price, it certainly won't be for steroids.

 

Imagine how cringeworthy the build up would be. Hearing either try to talk themselves up or each other down would make for such awkward viewing after how poorly they performed in their only real tests.

 

I would love to see Price vs. Martin. Price by KO for me.

 

martin needs to come back and fight a tune up. a easy win. long lay off an he got shot. anything else is bad mgmt imo

The sad thing is, this will be Wladimir in 6 months after Joshua runs through him.
