    :huh

    Thoughts?

He became champion because his opponent hurt his knee. What makes him into a god exactly? I haven't heard of him before the Glazko fight.

Martin is either that confident or just mildly re****ed.

That said, in all seriousness, I thought he spoke quite well - hubris aside - in that interview. Came across as a fairly likable big fella.

Ive been following him since his 10th fight, with Vince Thompson.

He's solid, big, and can punch and seems to take a good shot too.

But he's incredibly telegraphic to anyone with both skills, and experience, and he seems to let his shots linger, so a catch and counter could really hurt him.

He is not god however. Good, but not even A level at this point.

Maybe in 2-3 yrs down the road, assuming the KO loss to Joshua doesnt ruin him, he can finally achieve his full potential and become as good as say.......Second Career Foreman, or Prime Briggs, or Mercer.

When I read Charles Martin, I keep thinking of Charles Martinet, the voice of Mario.
