    Of course I'll give him credit- I've never been one to duck or make excuses if a fighter proves me wrong. Nobody bats 1.000 on these things, and only a fool tricks himself into thinking he can. I've got nothing against Joshua, and i like the excitement he brings. I think the picks for this particular fight show a classic case of hype, based on some great qualities, masking some genuine issues.

    I'm not sold on Anthony's chin or conditioning/pacing just yet, nor am I sold on his experience against big southpaws. Does that mean he can't prove me wrong? Of course not. But I think Charles is getting sold way short here.

    And I'm sure Martin will be just as clean as Joshua for the fight.

    Well it's good it's going to take place in the UK. There will be a proper drug test post-fight, but much like Thompson- would he be worried aobut the post fight test as long as he got an unfair advantage in the fight. He is after all from a nation that champions PED cheats and ducking testing such as Mayweather, Jones Jr, Toney, Tarver, Mosley, Holyfield, Ward, Hopkins etc. :-(

    The inevitable outscome is Joshua inside the distance, but the fight won't happen, because

    1- Joshua doesn't want the belt and what it would imply so soon;
    2- Martin doesn't want to lose his belt and what it imply so soon.

    Yet, he could just fight off Martin and wait a whole year to take on his mandatory - in which only Joseph Parker looks dangerous at the moment. Joseph could very well go for the Wilder-route instead, if Joshua became the new IBF-beltholder.

    It depends on the Money, why lose to some low drawing opponent instead of cash out big time against Joshua?

    Funny how you say Martin has only fought cans. Glazkov would be AJ's best win. :rofl

    Whyte is a nobody and everyone knew he would lose. Glazkov/Martin was thought to be a closer match-up.

    Glazkov would also be Martin's best win too.

    That's one of the things that really stuck out for me when I first saw him. He's hardly light of foot and his placement and balance is awful. He all too often has his feet too close so his centre of gravity is too high and it just looks like he's standing there waiting for a bus not in a ring as a boxer. His chin is way up in the air when he does that as well.

    He just looks way too hittable for me to really cause trouble for Joshua. He has a punchers chance of course but even then I doubt he hits any harder than Whyte. Likely not even that hard, while he has a high KO percentage it's against guys that everyone knocks out.

    Yes and he basically blitzed Zumbano Love with barrage after barrage in the 10th to force that stoppage. He can one punch KO guys with glass chins but even guys like Zumbano Love who have some durability he has to throw the kitchen sink at them to force a stoppage the difference in power his huge.

    Charles Martin was disrespectfully saying that Joshua was scared to fight him in the UK just a couple of days ago.

    The time has come for Charles Martin to back up his talk. No excuses. There is no mandatory, not anything preventing Martin from fighting Joshua now. If Martin runs for the hills now, he will pretty much confirm that he is a fraud titlist which is what pretty much everyone has thought of him ever since he won the IBF belt.
