i always wondered about this fighter, i never really knew too much about him. he had that broad shoulder build like vernan forrest and was part of the that group with ray mercer and al cole. was he on par with the other slick light welters like zab judha and sharbah mitchell.
I think your description of him fits perfectly. Thats who I think of when I think of Murrays style. He reminded me of Vernon Forrest. Tall lanky guy with broad shoulders. He just wasnt as good as Vernon, but a solid fighter, just not great.
