    Due to my criteria, I have Burley very high at WW. I rate roughly 75% H2H (how much ass I think they could kick) and 25% resume (how much ass they actually kicked).
    As such, I currently have Burley nestled in at number 3, behind only the two Sugar Rays.

    With over a decade to think about it and a bit of "found" footage i would take a softer stance now. Burley for sure is one of the GREAT fighters. Sure he gets quite favorable projections but it's hard to say they are unfair.
