Why do you say that? I ask because I have seen a lot of Nunn- from his 4th or 5th fight- and my first inclination is to say Burley....but....
Not a strong opinion, as I haven't seen much of Burley. I just think Nunn has the size and speed, and enough slickness and skills to neutralize some of Burley's strengths. I could see him sticking and moving his way to an unexciting win on points.
I'm in a similar spot. On his game, Nunn can give anybody just about all they could possibly want. But I have seen him react to getting hit- I don't think that Michael Nunn had much faith in his own ability to take a punch.
Nunn has the athleticism and speed but Burley is the better technical boxer. It could be a Nunn decision or it could be Burley walks Nunn down like Toney did
Burley is a better technician, wasn't scared of thinking out the place and, more importantly, was an athletic freak who could stay on the outside in a way that leaves someone chasing his shadow. I don't think Nunn has the style, speed or timing to nullify anything Burley can do.
