Has anyone on here read the book by allen rosenfeld about burley, i have just bought it from amazon and was wondering what anyone who has already read it thought, looking forward to reading it
I read most of it. I haven't got around to finishing it, but it's a solid read. It talks about his abilities in the ring and the gym, his struggles to get the big fights, how Ray Robinson avoided him (and Burley doesn't blame him and praises Ray's greatness), how Fritzie Zivic bought out Burley's contract to not have to fight him again.
