In my opinion, no. Mitchell wins under any format. Mitchell managed to avoid getting knocked out by Sullivan under both LPR and Queensbury rules, and lasted to the third round against a furious Corbett when he was way past his best. He isn’t getting knocked out by Savannah Marshall. Therefore either this fight goes the distance, or Mitchell wins by knockout. Mitchell wasn’t a knockout artist. He mostly won on points, although he did have a few stoppage wins against lower level opponents. This may partly have been to stay out of trouble with the law, as prize fighting was illegal and fights had to be billed as exhibitions with knockouts prohibited, but it seems Mitchell’s strengths were in his technical ability and agility rather than his power. Marshall has the advantage of over 100 years of progress in boxing technique, but the disadvantage of being a woman and having much less experience. I see her losing a wide points decision to Mitchell.
I feel like the modern day ruleset is so different compared to Mitchell's era that we have no real way of knowing. I guess I'll just say under the rules of Mitchell's era he wins and under the rules of Marshall's era she wins.
