I train really hard on an everyday basis and towards the end of my workouts i obviously suffer from fatique but i stay well hydrated throughout, but still get charliehorses or cramps behind my thighs behind my shoulders and arms why and i always stretch properly and have a good warm up.

How hydrated are you when you get there?
Also, it may help to take a multivitamin if you don't already do so.
Try stretching throughout the day as well.

Eat lots of bananas and dried apricots for the potassium.
Ice rather than heat and you may want to look into getting a massage.
There's a sports rub you can get at the health food store called traumeel, it's an anti inflamatory that seems to work really well for me.
