Not bad considering neither are exactly household names, and I think they both rose their stock in their wins.

 

They should fight each other. That would sell big time.

 

You have no idea what you're talking about. PBC makes money thru the rights fees. They sold the rights to televise the fights to those stations/streaming companies in those countries. And those stations can air them whenever they like. They don't have to air live. Ever watched a fight from another country that wasn't live? (Einstein)

There is a huge business in selling TV rights to other countries that's never included in the PPV buy numbers. And they sold rights to 10 countries, so stations in those countries clearly felt there was an audience for the card with their viewers. They did fine.

 

Sure they did. HBO boxing was doing fine too when they were over paying stars and putting on PPV. They sold rights to every sports market in the face of the earth. When the dust finally settled HBO boxing Was bleeding money.

I also want to add that PBC is making money. It’s showtime that is getting rapped. PBC is spending Shiws money like it doesn’t care. Profit or not it doesn’t matter. PBC is getting its cut. Like the mob.
