That's what it sounds like so far from the available info! They probably went at him hard due to the immigration issue!

"In 2001, when he was 18 years old -- and I'm just learning all this this week -- he got arrested for statutory ****. She was 16 or 15, two teenagers," Margules, who is also an attorney, said. "Not knowing how it would impact his life at all, he pled guilty to time served in Appleton, Wis., and did three years probation and never registered as a *** offender. That was what the warrant was for. I worked it out.

"We spoke to Wisconsin and we agreed on a $10,000 bond. We had a bond hearing (Thursday morning in Las Vegas). I posted the bond. He was supposed to be out by 10 or 11 and be at the press conference. Then we found out there was an immigration hold."

Molina was born in Mexico but has lived in the United States since he was 4, has a child here and what Margules described as a "common law wife of 11 years."

"I thought he was a citizen. He was a permanent resident," Margules said.

    Dan Rafael mentioned something.

The immigration thing is BS too considering he's lived in America longer than he lived in Mexico

OK yeah, they have it on ESPN.

When he was eighteen, it was consensual, with a fifteen-year-old girl.

Age of consent in Wisconsin is eighteen, hence it was technically statutory ****.

Surprising then so many sites (like the Scene for instance) would report it as "***ual assault of a child" - unless that's how it was actually worded by the judicial system in the state of Wisconsin, but really it should have just been termed 'statutory' if that is all it was.

Based on the charges, she must have been 16:think

Legally still a *** crime but nothing nefarious like some here first claimed!

In any event, Charlo is ready whatever happens.

    Couple of things from that:

    1. Classy of Jermall not to comment on the actual charges, remaining diplomatic about the situation and keeping it strictly professional. (of course the interviewer didn't push him or ask leading questions to make him pass judgment on Molina, but still)
    2. Interesting that Jermell and Jermall have never fought informally, won't spar, etc. "Too much love" to hit each other in the face. So despite being likely to campaign in a similar weight range and both having the ability and ambition to collect as many world title belts as possible, they will probably be looking to do a co-reign like the Klitschko brothers.
    3. Am I the only one that kind of wants one of those long-sleeve "Charlo twins" workout shirts?

As the consumer you buy PPV at your own risk. The main event itself can be canceled minutes before ring walks; no refunds.

As long as they put on some boxing (and it can be all 4-rounders with nobodies) you have gotten your money's worth, legally speaking.

By making the purchase you assume the risk that any one advertised bout or all of them might fall through any time.
