    Can see Povetkin going after this title. I don't think Hearn would be able to persuade Charr to come to the UK unless the money was outrageous. Likewise Frank.

    The belt essentially is worthless now- I sincerely hope that Joshua doesn't have to face Charr as a mandatory as Charr is awful, worse than Molina.

    Charr's mandatory is Fres Oquendo, so the winner of that will have to fight Joshua. Quite amazing really.

    It's not a world belt. It's a trinket bought from poundland so We Be Awful can make more money.

    As boxing fans we should not recognise Charr as a world "champion" in any shape or form.

    If Hearn targets this as a world "title" for any of his guys, i'd be surprised and disappointed. Don't think he will.

    I think Povetkin held one of these toy belts a few years ago, "defenses" against Huck, hapless Rahman, another American, Boswell maybe and he was scheduled to fight Rahman on the Chisora - Haye undercard, but was injured.
