Actually, Wilder called out Charr. Charr then proceeded to tweet various "tied up dog" responses (bark bark bark) and then silly excuses, as he quacked away. I really like Manual Charr, so this Saglam thing is a huge disappointment.
Really who cares about Charr, was a joke when Vitali faced him, and his return after Vitali proved what level he is at and that's no where near Haye. Would get his head knocked off by Haye or Price.
Lasted 4 rounds with Vitali, Chisora lasted 12 but got knocked out by Haye. On that basis Charr would be blasted out by the elite level(Wlad/Haye). Can't see him improving much, so think it would be poor to see him at world title level again without proving himself against a couple of top fighters.
Against Vitali, Charr got thumbed, then robbed by Vitali's ring doctor. He was actually starting to look pretty good by the 4th round, which is why Vitali had to cheat to get out of there. Charr had a small chance in that fight, if it had gone into deeper rounds.
