To be honest, Charr is by making silly pictures and talking shite 'earning' the fight by doing exactly what Haye did to Wladimir. EDIT: Aside from being a world class fighter, unifying the CW division and you know, exactly looking good in fights. This probably will be the fight because Charr will convince them he can sell with a twitter beef etc.
Sorry Berliner, but your views on Manuel Charr have to be taken with a pinch of salt as long as you're still thinking Robert Helenius is a decent heavyweight.
Basically any fighter based anywhere near Germany and Berliner comes on and tells everyone they're brilliant, if you point out any of their short comings in previous fights he will give you a long break down of which injury they were suffering from at the time of that fight or during. I always assumed most fighters pulled out of bouts when they're injured but apparently in Germany it's common place to fight with broken hands/neck/knees/back whatever else you can think of! Whilst some of the Euro fighters DO get under rated on here, Stieglitz perhaps being one of them, Helenius and Charr are certainly not in that bracket and from what I have seen of them are pretty average.
He is a good heavyweight if healthy if you cant see this you have no clue about Helenius. Whe had this topic before. Also I explained many times why he dont looks good right now. I dont want to do it again because some people think they have to say **** about a boxer who has big injury problems each fight. And what I say about Charr is that he could have a competitive fight with Haye. I dont say Charr wins. I still think Charr gets Knocked out in the later Rounds (like Ruiz). If you think Haye blast Charr out in three Rounds without that Charr has any chance at all. Ok have it.
Please Helenius is a puncher without any power in his punching hand right nowatsch. OF COURSE he looks average when he cant throw his best weapon with any poweratsch
David Haye broke his hand in the 2nd round against Valuev, Joe Calzaghe had continual hand injuries throughout his career, Prince Naseem had hand problems and so do hundreds of other fighters but they never used it as an excuse for looking poor. Even if Helenius DOES have severe hand problems, you can't use that as an excuse to mark him up against opponents he looked poor against. The Chisora fight he threw plenty of right hands throughout the fight, he didn't look poor in that fight because he broke his hand, he looked poor because his defence was easily pregnable. Even a limited fighter like Chisora who doesn't possess the best footwork and is physically much smaller was able to get in close and land hooks. I'm sure you'll say if his hand was working he could have kept him at bay but I'm afraid I don't buy that.
