Mine did take that into account, but it said some other weird things like that one advantage Kabayel had over Parker was his better record. I think because he doesn't have any losses the AI counted that as tangibly better even though Parker has beaten more higher quality opponents.
ChatGPT doesn't 'take into account' anything. It's a word generation tool that learned from what it read and generates content that is in line with that, based on the context of the question. It's not been fed with the actual fights or data, it only knows how people talk about the fights and fighters and depends on the sources it was able to read. It doesn't even have the intelligence to make a comparison between the way people talk about a fighter and how he actually performs based on that. There is NO prediction at all, just repeating what it has read with some flexibility. It can't even do basic math without outsourcing that to a submodule. Exactly, it collates what the most prominent texts on the subjects are and spits out a response. So although it will say weird things and sometimes hallucinates it largely will reflect popular opinion as accurate as that is in case. If a Parker vs Kabayel fight was announced, I wouldn't be surprised to see the odds and most people opinions be quite similar to what chatgpt generates, just without the more extreme/outlier opinions.
