Chauncy defeats Calloway 11-1

Holyfields defense is horrible these days....as big a payday it would be for both Chauncey and Holy, I wouldn't want to see one of my heroes outboxed and possibly KOd by the relentless Welliver.
Potvetkin is fine.....At least I can pull for Holy in that fight, but the Big Panda...I gotta think he's got entirely too much respect for Evander to seriously lay his hands on him.
I hope you hit that mega millions and help the build the purse for Chauncey. A KO victory over Fury and he'd be able to pay ya back in about 3 fights time.:good

 

Come on, let's be realistic. Welliver went 12 rounds with a shopworn clubfighter who Briggs KO'd in 2 when Calloway was in his prime.

Chauncey is nothing more than a glorified clubfighter. I give him props for getting as far as he has, but he has more promise as a commentator and radio personality than as a contender.

If he ever fights an actual good fighter, he will lose. Fury would beat him. Arreola would beat him. Povetkin, all of these guys would bend him over and **** him.

The guy has had over 50 fights and is acting like beating Rob Calloway was a major accomplishment. Come on. Next thing you know, he'll be fighting Charlie Zelenoff and bragging about how he beat the guy with the 700lb. left hook.

 

So where in the hell are these guys hiding? Instead of Welliver being avoided like the plague, people should be lining up like crazy to see him. He's 1 of only 5 men in the world Top 10 to both Klits right now. Not even the coming off a loss David Tua will face Welliver? WTF is wrong with this picture? Monte Barrett goes WWE rather than defend against his interim champion in Welliver? HMMM? Even Briggs didn't want any part of him. He was just saying he would and wanted to get to Wlad....path is through Chauncy...cmon!

 

You've got to be kidding, right? I agree that there are not many more challenges for the Klits, but Welliver needs to fight a top contender and show that he deserves to fight for a title. I'm just not sold on him, just like I'm sure millions, if not billions of people aren't sold on him. He needs to fight a live body.
