    Great article, tells you more than just the usual stuff (reporter´s own view how some fight would go blah-blah)

    Briggs seems like an *******, tries to push 19 year old kid into a street-fight (I guess that´s what it was) that he was himself challenged for. And starts to make bets about it. When cops turn on the scene, Briggs runs and leaves this kid alone (in a foreign city).

    Welliver really did learn from Briggs! Welliver went on to fight a arm-wrestler with no pro boxing experience after getting his ass kicked by Solis. :rofl

    Briggs was trying to turn Chauncy into the Native American Kimbo Slice at 19! With the titanium chin of Chauncy, there is no way Kimbo would have ever made it off the streets of Miami.

    But Briggs running like a little girl? Bwahahahaha what is that? Chauncy stands to fight and to answer for Briggs not being smart enough to set it up where cops won't show up. As soon as Briggs took off and LEFT HIM FOR DEAD! He lost his cred man. What a jerk off move for a mentor to do to a kid.

    Haha, that's some crazy ****. Looks like Briggs has the needed slime-factor to be a promoter. Wasn't a bright move though. How the hell can a promoter in his right mind tell a guy he is about to sign and make money off to get involved in a street fight where he either gets hurt or seriously hurts the other guy and possibly cops an assault charge?

    Looks like Briggs aint to happy with the interview, saying he got backdoored and going off at FB.

    If he wants a title shot, Welliver is 1 of only 8 men in the world ranked to both Klits, 5 or less are Top 10 to both and Chauncy is 1 of those. Right now Chauncy is a big fight for any HW in the world to either get into contention or to eliminate himself up the ladder as a contender. It is terrible how these guys all say they could beat him and then they never sign up. Welliver is hella avoided!

    Yeah, it's terrible that a fighter should expect to get paid a decent check for their time and trouble. They should all sign up to fly off to commie China (on their own money) and fight for a case of malt liquor and some bull**** trinkets.
