Chauncy Welliver vs. Shannon Briggs?

I have my doubts if this is Briggs but if it is....

If this is you S. Briggs, what are you getting so upset about? If you didn't want to talk about Chauncey then just say so clearly when asked---the OTR interviewers are pussycats who bend over backwards to make their guests feel comfortable. When asked you initially seemed to be saying "ok next question" but then you yourself went into a tirade about Chauncey.

People look up to you Shannon, and you represent the USA in an international sport. Why are you being so insecure? If you don't want to fight Chauncey, nobody cares one way or the other.

I agree, Briggs, even after the thrashing he took at the hands of VK would not need to resort to fighting someone like WElliver. Even if Welliver is ranked or not, Briggs would be viewed as scraping the bottom of the barrell if he fought Welliver. Welliver is a nobody in boxing, as Solis proved, and Briggs has the right attitude about him and how the OTR show did him.

 

Did you even listen to the interview We asked him 25 questions....one about Welliver....towards the end at that. He made comments about Chaunc so it was only fair to let Chauncy comment back......and for Briggs, fighting the WBC#8 AND WBO#11 is a good way to get himself ranked again.

 

Well Chauncy Welliver has a good story about him....I'd prefer him over Mormeck any day.

We good Jenna. I hate boxing period. That's why I didn't go to the fight tomorrow. I'll email you all of my confirmations right now. Two first class airline tickets a suite at the MGM and fight tickets. The trip cost me 8 grand total and only God knows what I would have spent shopping and partying. I cancelled because I did not want to be around the boxing world. I did not want to sign autographs nor see old used up fighters. I'd rather stay at home and be doing what I'm about to do right now. Go shopping, get fresh, go to my office where I have 500 employees, after that head to south beach meet up with some friends, party to around 4am maybe more and come home and prepare for the fight party that I'm having tomorrow. Luv ya babe.

 

Briggs has joined the list now. He said...yeah if he is there I would love to smash him. Chauncy shows up....story changes. Complaining about the Arreola thing is weak too. Goosen got right on after that and was wondering why he hadn't been on before. There is no harm in creating hype and potential fight talk. When guys fight 3 time a year or so we live in a mostly hypothetical world anyways.
